I must confess that for this month I couldn’t made them, however let’s check some things I actually made.

Marzo – March

  2. Tomar más en cuenta mi salud – Take my health more into account
  3.  Disfrutar la vida – Enjoy life

After finishing Positive Mental Attitude, I have been relaxing a bit in how I see life and its situations, I no longer stress so much and I prefer to see things from another angle and see their possible solutions and I have been doing better, my life is much calmer than it used to be and that helps me in my health.

For eating less away from home, it has been improving, although it did not help me much because it was a month ago because I had to travel to Santiago for work and it was my anniversary too, but the time less than the months the change was made is given.

I have been reading The positive and good mental attitude although the change has not been suddenly is gradual, sometimes I fall back on the old habits but it is a slow and long way towards the change of attitude but I have been taking the first steps towards it.

This last point can not be concretized but there are always more opportunities, so I hope to be able to do so in the following months and review this interesting place.
